Thalapathy Vijay Panics at Rally, Abandons Cycle as Fan’s Flower Toss Sparks Scare (X)
Chennai: Ahead of the Tamil Nadu Assembly elections, which are scheduled for April 23, actor-turned-politician Thalapathy Vijay is leaving no stone unturned in his campaigning. The Tamilaga Vetri Kazhagam (TVK) chief, who is contesting the elections for the first time, was recently seen participating in a bicycle rally in Kanniyakumari, but something happened during the campaign, forcing the actor to abandon his bicycle and run.
In the video, that is widely circulating in internet, Thalapathy Vijay can be seen cycling in Kanniyakumari as part of his campaign.
In the viral clip, Vijay can be seen smiling and waving to his supporters and fans. Just then, a fan threw a garland of flowers at the actor. Seeing this, Vijay panicked and abandoned his bicycle and ran away.

After the video went viral, many users believe that Vijay's reaction was quite funny and some think it was right.
